FIELD: burning of fuel in power plants of thermal power stations and boiler rooms, metallurgical industry. SUBSTANCE: burner facility includes air-feeding body, tube supplying air mixture mounted uniaxially inside air- feeding body, fuel atomizer placed inside tube supplying air mixture, radial outlet nozzles and vortex generator with space connected to ring clearance located between air-feeding body and tube supplying air mixture with the help of radial conduits. Space of vortex generator cools smoke. Facility is supplemented with screen installed across outlet of air-feeding body and having shape of perforated tabs which upper parts are interjoined with the use of rings. Tabs can open with the aid of drive through angle α = 110-150° and lower parts of tabs are attached to protrusions arranged outside of tube supplying air mixture by means of rings. L-shaped guides, one per tab, are passed through perforation holes in upper parts of tabs and are attached to air- feeding body. EFFECT: decreased level of noise in region of low and high frequencies, reduced level of nitrogen oxide effluent thanks to recirculation of stack gases. 2 dwg
