FIELD: heat engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to heat water, generate steam, cold, oxygen and hydrogen. Heater resting against bearing unit and comprising shaft that carries discs of variable diameter and body is installed inside water tank. Convex, conical or concave internal surface of body includes conduits of rectangular or square section arranged radially, with inclination or curvilinearly. Upper part of shaft has cavity in which lower part there are made holes coinciding in number and location with conduits. Discs form cavities possessing circular outlets into conduits meant to create stable mode of selfgeneration with passage of water through them. EFFECT: widened technological potential of generating plant. 1 cl, 7 dwg
