FIELD: frequency adjustment for voltage-controlled generators. SUBSTANCE: integrated circuit has plurality of capacitive circuits inserted between first and second differential inputs of voltage- controlled generator resistive circuit, plurality of diodes used for selective connection of respective capacitive circuit , and controller for feeding direct-bias voltage to diode of chosen capacitive circuit. Proposed integrated circuit is characterized in its ability to operate at high frequencies and to integrate with generator control voltage in one semiconductor integrated circuit.
