SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical composition comprising as active component 2-amino-2-[2-(4-octylphenyl)ethyl] -propane-1,3-diol or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt with acid taken in the amount 0.01-20 wt.% as measure for composition weight. As stabilizing agent the composition comprises cyclodextrin taken in the amount 1-50 weight p. p. per weight p. of indicated active component. If necessary, the composition comprises saccharide. Composition can be prepared as liquid agent being without precipitation of crystals of indicated active component. Composition is useful for suppression of organ or bone marrow rejection in transplantation, immunodepression maintaining therapy or treatment of autoimmune diseases. Composition shows antifoaming action and shows less adverse effects as, for example, hemolysis or topical irritation. EFFECT: valuable medicinal properties of composition. 15 cl, 7 ex
