FIELD: medicine, surgery, resuscitation. SUBSTANCE: method deals with counterbalancing massive blood loss of any genesis. Blood loss is counterbalanced by injecting infusion solutions due to their volumetric coefficients: erythrocytic weight at volumetric coefficient of 0.8, quickfrozen plasma 0.86, albumin 1.47, glucose 0.3, moreover it is necessary to maintain the difference of absolute values of colloid- oncotic and average capillary pressure being above 0, central pressure at the level of not above 60 mm water column, and concentration of total protein at the level of 56 g/l and higher; at blood loss above a liter one should carry out artificial pulmonary ventilation for 16 h, not less. The present innovation favors an adequate counterbalancing of blood loss due to providing an efficient transcapillary exchange and restoration of oxygen-transport function of erythrocytes.
