FIELD: equipment for separation of emulsions into fractions in centrifugal force field; food-processing and other industries. SUBSTANCE: proposed separator includes drum having base and cover, taper plate stack, plate holder, preliminary separation chamber with light fraction receiving zones located between them, light and heavy fraction pressure chamber with pressure disks and supply pipe. Plate holder is provided with concentration regulator of light fraction separated in preliminary separation chamber. This regulator is made in form of nut screwed on body forming circular clearance with its cover for passage of light fraction to pressure disk. Change of flow section makes it possible to obtain required concentration. Sealing ring laid between nut and plate holder body prevents air from entering preliminary separation chambers. Nut is so positioned that its outer edge is located in layer of light fraction in the course of operation, thus excluding penetration of air into these chambers and consequently excluding aeration of fraction and its foaming.
