PROCESS OF DEVELOPMENT OF FOUNDATION PIT Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: construction industry. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to development of foundation pits for structures of various assignment, it can be employed for open erection of tunnels worked deeper in soft water-saturated soil under conditions of crowded city development with large amount of service lines. Process of development of foundation pit includes projection mapping of future foundation pit, driving of holes to design depth along contour of it with removal of soil. Novelty of process lies in that holes are driven along contour of foundation pit from surface above contour of future foundation pit by ring drilling from longitudinal axis of planned foundation pit with erection of mass of rows of earth-and-cement cast-in-place piles round contour with formation of upper earth-and-cement cast-in-place piles in each row beneath laid service lines. Rows of earth-and-cement cast-in-place piles are erected with spacing of 0.81.0 diameter of earth-and-cement piles. Prior to removal of soil walls can be built by method of " wall in soil " or in the form of row of cast-in-place piles arranged tangentially and/or secantly at project depth. Walls can be erected on second-seventh day of erection of mass of earth-and-cement cast-in-place piles. EFFECT: decreased degree of risk of distortion of integrity of service lines laid before process of development, prevention of deformation and destruction of foundations of buildings and structures located in close proximity to developed foundation pit with simultaneous formation of antifiltration curtain and enhanced structure of foundation pit. 2 cl, 1 dwg
