PILE Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: civil engineering, pile foundations. SUBSTANCE: pile presents body of revolution extended in length with tip in lower part on which outer surface screw is mounted. Novelty of proposal consists in manufacture of screw from metal rolled product of constant section with preset pitch and angle of coiling. Coiling of screw is continuous or sectional along length of pile comprising individual interjoined helical links, attachment members are anchored on outer surface over length of body of revolution. Attachment members are intended for rigged anchoring of helical links of screw. EFFECT: increased density of compacted ground in zone of wall of ground hole accommodating pile over length of pile, provision for change of coiling parameters at place of formation of foundation. 4 cl, 5 dwg
