PROCESS OF ERECTION OF PILE IN GROUND Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: construction industry, pile foundations, in particular. SUBSTANCE: invention refers mainly to erection of pile in ground under complicated hydrological conditions. Process consists in that hollow body of revolution coming in the form of tube or monolithic with loosening tip in lower part and helical coiling on outside surface is sunk into ground up to design reference mark. Then tube is unscrewed to day surface by reverse rotation with simultaneous feed of hardening material into space of hole. Novelty of process lies in that walls of hole are compacted thanks to displacement of removed ground towards wall of hole and pile is sunk into ground owing to simultaneous rotation and pressing into ground under action of external force or under own weight of body of revolution with helical coiling which section over length of tube is constant and equal to 0.02-0.1 diameter of tube over its outer surface. Then hardening and/or antifiltration material is fed into mouth of formed hole with inserted body of revolution between turns of helical coiling and body of revolution is unscrewed thanks to reverse rotation for compaction of ground wall of hole in zone of foot and side wall of hole by way of ramming with hardening and/or antifiltration material with simultaneous filling of space of hole with mentioned material supplied in process of unscrewing along outer surface of body of revolution. EFFECT: raised carrying capacity of pile thanks to provision for its position stability in ground ensured by increased rigid properties of hole wall, possibility of installation of pile foundation in crowded town conditions in loose or flooded ground. 1 cl
