FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has optical unit 1 with laser radiation units 2 each of which having forming optical means applicable for treating corresponding area of prelimbic eye area with focused laser radiation. The optical unit fixes patient sight in given direction. The fixation is done in the direction defined with vision canal. The forming optical means is set in the position allowing laser radiation to hit the prelimbic eye area. Beside that, optical unit 1 has visible laser radiation source 8 optically coupled to vision canal 5 by means of semitransparent mirror 9 for treating the central retinal area. Permeability coefficient of mirror 9 is selected so that no hindrance is caused to patient in his watching some remote object via outlet aperture 10 of optical unit 1.Diffuse scattering structure 11 is optionally mountable to allow patient observing laser radiation speckle patterns from source 8. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; improved vision function; enabled combined treatment of ciliary body and central retina zone with laser radiation. 25 cl, 3 dwg
