SUBSTANCE: device has lower liquid-impermeable sheet, upper liquid-permeable sheet and absorbing base enclosed between the sheets, at least one flexible longitudinal liquid-impermeable barrier element on each side with respect to the longitudinal article central line. Sealing action with respect to user skin is achieved with at least one liquid- impermeable barrier element manufactured on each side with respect to the mentioned longitudinal article central line and by increasing absolute value 2ycosΘm/r of negative product in this liquid-impermeable barrier. Method involves including at least one more member enclosed between the upper liquid-permeable sheet and the lower liquid-impermeable sheet. The upper sheet contains flexible material for giving shape conformance of the given product to user body shape by means of apertures corresponding to anal orifice and urethral orifice of user. Flexible sealing borders arranged in folds surround the apertures with absolute value Θ of negative product for at least one of the liquid-impermeable barrier on each side of the central line of the absorbing base or for at least one sealing barrier exceeds the value of y= kx+m, where x is the occurred elongation, k is equal to -14/30, and m has the value of 48 within the limits of the greater part of elongation rate from 20 to 40%.
