SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for preparing the pharmaceutical composition used for treatment of morbid states mediated by leukotriene antagonists, to the pharmaceutical composition used for treatment of morbid states mediated by leukotriene antagonists comprising great number of beads containing amorphous zafirlukast and to methods of treatment of the above indicated morbid states. Invention provides preparing stable beads where physical forms of zafirlukast don't convert each to other in the process of their preparing and processing the composition (including under conditions of elevated temperatures and humidity).
