SUBSTANCE: one should carry out blood sampling, separate cells against plasma at returning cellular mass to a patient, purify plasma by portions by applying granulated carbon sorbent and a column which should be filled so that sorbent's volume to correspond nine fifteenth against column's volume, after filling a column with plasma its flow through this column should be stopped, plasma should be incubated with sorbent for 15 min at careful mixing due to slow column's rotation, then purified plasma should be returned into patient's body, column should be filled with new plasma portion to repeat sorption cycle once more, thus, carrying out 12 cycles.
