Moreover, volemic one includes infusion of rheopolyglukin and Glugicir solution, and anticoagulant therapy deals with heparinization performed due to intravenous injection of heparin by drops to be conducted simultaneously with volemic preparation; plasmapheresis by continuous-flow method should be carried out in 20-30 min after volemic preparation, moreover, at carrying out plasmapheresis the ration of Glugicir:blood coming into blood separation device corresponds to 1: 3, the volume of removed plasma is compensated by equal volume of plasma- substituting solution; therapy course consists of 5 procedures at 3-5-dlong interval.
