SUBSTANCE: line for descaling and drawing wire includes uncoiling apparatus, loop trap, scale breaker, apparatus for mechanically descaling with use of ferromagnetic abrasive powder, drawing bench. According to invention between apparatus for mechanically descaling rod and soap device of first unit of drawing bench there are successively arranged: device for applying on surface of rod underlubricant layer of sticky matter such as rosin mixed with dried pine sawdust and vibration striking mechanism in the form of roller. Along generatrices of said roller cylindrical spindles are mounted. Roller is mounted with possibility of rotation around its axis at engagement of moving rod with surface of cylindrical spindles. Vibration frequency of strikes of rod is normalized. EFFECT: possibility for high-quality drawing of wire in drawing bench combined with apparatus for descaling, lowered consumption of drawing dies, of electric energy, enhanced efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
