FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed line comprises unwinder, loop catcher, scale breaker, mechanism to vibrate rolled wire ahead of drawing stand first unit soap box made up of roller along generating line of which installed are cylindrical rolls, multiple drawing bench equipped with soap boxes, and other equipment. Aforesaid rolled wire vibration mechanism incorporates roller forced rotation drive running in rolling bearings. Aforesaid rolls may be quickly replaced in wear-out. Cleaning device incorporates ultrasound magnetostrictive converter with its axis perpendicular to drawing axis and concentrator directly coupled by cone with abrasive powder feed tool. Soap box comprises ultrasound drawing tool vibration drive including ultrasound magnetostrictive converter with its axis parallel with drawing axis, ultrasound magnetostrictive converter concentrator is coupled with waveguide via cone joint. Waveguide opposite end has drawing tool holder. Every next soap box is provided with "П"-like electromagnetic or magnetic system.
