FIELD: geophysics. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to geophysical instruments designed to study surface structure of ground to depth of several tens of meters. Facility for radar sounding of underlying surface has transmitter coming in the form of transmit-receive tube, transmitting antenna, high-voltage power supply source, reservoir capacitor and receiver incorporating receiving antenna, amplifier-limiter, comparator, storage, two-dimensional indicator, synchronization unit, control unit and control desk. Control unit has capability to realize principle of registration of reflected signal. EFFECT: simplified design and decreased cost of facility. 2 dwg
