SUBSTANCE: the device has a transmitter consisting of series-connected high-voltage power source, reservoir capacitor, spark gap and a transmitting antenna, as well as a receiver including series-connected receiving antenna, attenuator, amplifier-limiter, comparison unit, storage unit, microprocessor and a two-dimensional color display, synchronizing unit, control panel and a control unit; the input of the synchronizing unit is connected to the output of the amplifier-limiter, and the output to the second input of the comparison unit, the first output of the control unit is connected to the second input of the storage unit, and the second output of the control unit - to the third input of the comparison unit, the input of the control unit - to the first output of the control panel, whose second output is connected to the second input of the synchronizing unit.
EFFECT: a microprocessor is introduced in the device, which performs the primary processing of radiograms, and a color display, with the aid of which the results of the primary processing of radiograms are displayed in the form of a section close to the real geological sections.
