SUBSTANCE: spacer has tie rod with clamps for its attachment to conductors made in the form of two members free to relatively displace in longitudinal direction which are provided with displacement limiters, and also flexible supports; tie-rod components are shaped as solid cylinders and flexible supports are made in the form of cord fabric cylindrical shell loosely mounted in metal bushing and provided with inwardly turned-in end parts; ends of tie rod components facing each other are inserted with interference fit in inwardly turned-in parts of cylindrical shell; leak-tight inner space formed in shell is filled with viscous liquid.
