FIELD: medicine, in particular, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: jacket has basic belt and auxiliary belt defined by two elastic half belts fabricated from wide knitted rubber. Back part is secured to belt and shoulder straps with movable couplings are sewn to upper corners of back part. Rigidity ribs of flexible plastic racks are sewn into back and middle portion of basic belt. Elastic segments of wide knitted rubber are sewn into basic belt. Mechanical hook-and-loop fastener is sewn to one end of basic belt and buckles for straps with couplings are sewn to basic belt underside. Strap ends are sewn to belt underside. Strap buckles are sewn to upper part of belt in its middle portion. Two mechanical hook-and-loop fasteners are longitudinally sewn to each side of basic belt ends for engagement with similar fasteners on ends of half belts. EFFECT: increased efficiency in treating of spine distortions, simplified construction, provision for early rehabilitation of patients under conditions of optimized dosed and controllable immobilizing of certain spine region. 2 dwg
