SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to traumatology, orthopedics and neurosurgery, and can be used for treatment and prevention of deformities in treatment of diseases and traumas of lumbar spine. Lumbar corset-bearing corrector consists of belt (8), semibelts (2, 4), rigid inserts (3, 5) and replaceable lumbar roller (6). Belt (8) is made in form of flexible strip. Semibelts (2, 4) are made from folded in half tapes of stockinet rubber, ends of one side of which are sewn into belt in lumbar region, with pieces of Velcro (1, 7) being sewn on the ends of another side. Rigid inserts (3, 5) are located in lumbar region and in the region of prelum abdominal. Replaceable lumbar roller (6) is provided with Velcro (9). Rigid inserts (5), located in the region of prelum abdominal, are installed on rag (10), made in form of flexible strip, which is fastened to one of semibelts (2, 4) by means of Velcro (11), sewn on one of its ends. Rigid inserts are made from glass fibre, soaked with polyurethane resin.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of therapeutic and preventive impact of the device on tissues of lumbar region in form of efficient fixation of lumbar spine and correction of bearing impairment in the course of regular application.
