FIELD: polymerization processes. SUBSTANCE: invention provides liquid-phase process for polymerization of ethylene, at least one other alpha-olefin, and optionally one diene monomer in presence of catalyst containing product prepared by mixing metallocene procatalyst (formulas in description) with three-component cation-forming cocatalyst. Catalyst preparation procedure is described. Polyolefin elastomer obtained in this process shows unique combination of properties: high molecular weight, high Mooney viscosity, low polydispersity index, low vitrification temperature, and low hysteresis.
