FIELD: organic chemistry, polymers, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of synthesis of ethylene copolymers containing ethylene copolymer with at least one comonomer taken among the group consisting of compound of the formula H2C=CHR where R means C1-C20-linear, branched or cyclic alkyl group or C6-C20- aryl group and C4-C20-linear, branched or cyclic diene. Copolymerization is carried out in the presence of the solid catalyst system containing a carrier having hydroxyl groups, transient metal compound and an activating agent. Polymerization reaction is carried out by suspension polymerization to yield nonmelted product but it retains solid state in reaction process. Active catalyst samples are tightly bound with a carrier and catalyst does not release from carrier and does not evolve from polymer synthesized. Transient metal is taken among 3-5 groups of periodic system of elements. Invention relates also to copolymer synthesized by this method, polymeric mixing composition, method of preparing the mixing composition, caking powder and industrial article. Ethylene copolymer of invention does not contain impurities, for example, wax, gel. Copolymer and compositions based on thereof have high resistance against mechanical effects and strong resistance to effects of environment.
