FIELD: compounded liquid fuels. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fuel compositions for jet, turbine, diesel, and other combustion systems. Composition contains (i) burning-improving amount of at least one other than lead element selected from group consisting of elements belonging to groups 1B, 2B, 3B, 4B, 5B, 6B, 7B, and 8 and also selected from group including bromine, iodine, bismuth, germanium, phosphorus, silicon, fluorine, chlorine, sulfur, nitrogen, and tin and their mixture and derivatives, indicated elements and compounds being combustible with combustion heat at least 4000 kcal/kg, and (ii) burning- improving amount of at least one compound with burning-improving structure having latent evaporation heat at least 21 kJ/mole at its boiling temperature and burning rate, as measured from laminar flame of Bunsen burner, at least 40 cm/s. Creation of precombustion vapors is accomplished consists in injecting fuel having average particle size no larger than 70 mcm (above-described fuel composition) into combustion chamber simultaneously with air supply.
