SUBSTANCE: the strain Lactobacillus paracasei subsp. paracasei LMG P-17806 is used as probiotic in foodstuffs and naturopathic preparations. The strain is resistant in vitro to effect of hydrochloric acid and gastric juice, retains bile acid salts without their conjugation under condition of their intensive assimilation. The strain is characterized by good viability level in passing through stomach and digestive tract, it grows optimally at temperature about 37 C. The strains is represented by gram-positive rod-like bacterium able to produce L-lactic acid and containing three plasmids of size 2.2; 4.36 and 9.1 thousand nucleotide pairs, respectively. Invention relates also to foodstuff and naturopathic product alleviating atopic responses and/or correcting clostridia and enhancing the content of bifidobacteria and coli-form bacteria and represent the composition comprising biomass of the indicated strain or inert filling agent with required titer of bacteria. Invention provides the enhanced viability of strain in its passing through intestine, positive effect on taste quality of end products based on thereof.
