FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: machine comprises a compressor, a heat exchanger, cooler, cooling vapors working medium after compression, a recuperative heat exchanger, an expander so as to expand the pre-cooled working medium to solid-phase fine condition, heat exchanger sublimator, which due to heat from the consumer is carried out sublimation of the solid working medium to obtain superheated steam, and a vacuum pumping unit of the pair, creating a vacuum in the heat exchanger sublimator for sublimation process necessary for low temperature working medium. Cooling of the main flow of the working substance, provided in the recuperative heat exchanger by cold regeneration pumped from the superheated steam and before expander - due used as a cooling medium expanded in the auxiliary expander preselected portion of the main stream, thereby reducing power consumption.
EFFECT: increased economic and technological efficiency of producing a low-temperature artificial cold.
