FIELD: agriculture, fodder production. SUBSTANCE: the innovation deals with manufacturing dry protein fodders (feather and meat-feather hydrolyzates) and different fodder additives, as well. The suggested method includes hydrolysis of raw material with hydrochloric acid followed by neutralization with sodium hydroxide, purification and drying of protein hydrolyzate. Before hydrolysis with hydrochloric acid raw material should be hydrolyzed with sodium hydroxide at 120-130 for 1-2 h, moreover, sodium hydroxide is used at 5-15% concentration, and weight ratio of raw material to hydrochloric acid corresponds to 1: 3. Moreover, after preliminary hydrolysis with sodium hydroxide keratin-containing raw material is reduced. Method for obtaining hydrolyzate enables to obtain qualitative fodder product of high energetic value against other fodder additives (against fodder meal the quantity of fodder units of hydrolyzate is 5 times higher). EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl
