FIELD: production of dry protein feed supplements.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes hydrolysis of raw materials with hydrochloric acid with previous hydrolysis with sodium hydroxide, wherein as raw materials whole poultry carcasses are used. Previous hydrolysis is carried out with 0.5-1 % sodium hydroxide at 90-110°C and water duty of 1:(1-2) for 4-5 hours, followed by decantation of liquid alkali hydrolyzate. Solid meat-and-bone residue is hydrolyzed with 5-10 % hydrochloric acid at 110-120°C and water duty of 1:(1-2) followed by blending of alkali and acid hydrolyzates.
EFFECT: target product of improved quality.
