FIELD: medicine, oncology, immunology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to immunostimulator inducing tumor-specific immune cellular response and to method for its preparing. Immunostimulator comprises tumor cells being at least part of them have on cellular surface as minimum one haplotype ГКГ-I of patient. Cells have been loaded with one or some peptides binding ГКГ-1 molecule and mentioned tumor cells are recognized as foreign cells in surrounding by peptides of the patient immune system and they induce immune cellular response. Loading is carried out in the presence of polycation, such as polylysine. The advantage of invention involves the enhancement of antitumor activity.
