SUBSTANCE: agent comprises sterile bran, bacterial cells of strain Saccharomyces cerevisiae (vini) VKMP Y-511 grown on bran, biologically active substances and trace elements. Agent comprises bacterial cells of strain Saccharomyces cerevisiae (vini) VKMP Y-511 taken in the amount 2.55 x 1010 - 2.65 x 1010 microbial bodies/1 g of bran. Agent comprises food wheat sterile, red-yellow color bran without foreign odor as bran with concentration of trace elements 4.8-5.5%. Agent comprises, wt.-%: calcium, 0.10-0.15; phosphorus, 1.00- 1.40; sodium, 0.08-0.10; zinc, 106-109 x 10-6 and iron, 114-118 x 10-6. Method for preparing agent involves culturing Saccharomyces cerevisiae (vini) VKMP Y-511 with bran by their preliminary wetting with water and the following heat treatment of medium and sterilization of the end product. Bran are wetted with water without any additional taste and odor before culturing, cloudness value is less 0.1, pH is 8.7, without chlorine and value of permanganate oxidizability mgO/dm3 1.6 mg/dm3, not above, hardness 1.5 mg/dm3, total mineralization 384 mg/dm3, not above.
