FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: synbiotic agent based on a viable biomass of the yeast strain Meyerozyma (Pichia) guilliermondii VKPM Y-4316 is proposed. The synbiotic agent has the following composition per 100 g: protein — at least 18 g, fats — at least 0.5 g, carbohydrates — at least 55 g, humidity — not more than 15%, vitamin B1 (thiamine) — 0.1 mg, vitamin B2 (riboflavin) — 0.8 mg, energy value — at least 300 kcal. An agent contains a probiotic component — at least 109 CFU of the above yeast per g of substrate, a prebiotic component: soluble and insoluble dietary fiber — at least 60% by mass fraction. It has an adsorption activity of at least 65 mg/g, which is comparable to about 1/3 of the activity of activated carbon.
EFFECT: production of food, pharmaceutical and feed compositions, as well as medicinal products for humans and animals with synbiotic action, adsorption and antagonistic activity.
