SUBSTANCE: method for producing a therapeutic agent involves wheat bran fermentation by inoculating them with Saccharomyces cerevisiae (vini) VKMP Y-511 yeast, subsequent maintenance of the substrate at temperature of 29 °C with constant stirring until reaching the required number of microorganisms in the medium, inactivating the microbial culture by heating the entire medium at temperature of 100 °C with subsequent drying of the obtained substrate to a water content of not more than 10% and packaging of the end product, before inoculating the bran with wine yeast of the strain Saccharomyces cerevisiae vini VKPM Y-511, the culture of this strain is subjected to repeated cultivation, for which, at first, cultivation is carried out in test tubes on a complete medium, then on a liquid nutrient medium prepared from wheat bran and artesian water, then cultivation is carried out on water-moistened autoclaved wheat offal, the substrate formed after fermentation is dried to moisture content of product of 10% and yeast inactivation and milled to obtain the end product in the form of crumbs.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method of producing a therapeutic agent for dysbacteriosis.
