FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: aseptic material comprises β-active radionuclides with low energy emitted electrons, low half-value period and low free path of electrons in biological tissues less than surface horny skin layer, and in the absence of natural penetrating γ-radiation, in an amount sufficient for creating high power radiation doses in the vicinity of material. Material may be used for manufacture of dressing material, clothing, bed-linen, devices, apparatuses and constructions employed under sterile conditions and creating such conditions. EFFECT: wider range of use, improved qualities and prolonged service life of articles manufactured from such materials. 1 tbl
