FIELD: building materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composites for preparing non-autoclave cellular concretes used for making building constructions. Raw mixture for preparing ceramic heat-insulating materials comprises siliceous component, additions, foam-forming agent and water being as siliceous component it involves microsilica with specific surface above 25 000 cm2/g and with content of amorphous SiO2 90-95%; as additions fly ash and Portland cement; as foam-forming agent saponified tall lignin stabilized with bone glue or flesh glue in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: microsilica, 11.97- 12.51; fly ash, 22.23-23.24; Portland cement, 14-65-15.32; foam-forming agent, 9.09-13.04; water, 38.11-39.85. Invention provides the enhancement of strength and coefficient of constructive quality in satisfactory indices of strength.
