FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: raw meal for manufacturing heat-insulation ceramic materials comprises 11.97-12.51% of silica component, additives, 13.04-9.09% of foaming agent and 38.11-39.85% of water, said silica component being microsilica with specific surface more than 25000 sq. cm/g and content of amorphous silica 90-95%, said additives being entrained ashes (22.23-23.24%) and Portland cement (14.65- 15.32%), and said foaming agent being cold-settling slime as a waste from sulfatecellulose treatment of wood, which is mixture of low-molecular constituent of inversion sediment and sediment of inverted pre-hydrolyzate subjected to soda treatment and containing 93-97% lignin, and which is emulsified by NaOH and stabilized with microsilica-based liquid glass.
