FIELD: genetic engineering, microbiology, peptides. SUBSTANCE: isolated and purified nucleic acid molecule encodes high-molecular protein (HMW) HMW3 or HMW4 of the strain of nontypical Haemophilus. Nucleotide sequences of DNA and amino acid sequences of protein HMW3 and HMW4 are given in the description. Plasmid vector used for transformation of Haemophilus influenzae is prepared based on pHNMW1 by insertion of DNA to it. Conjugate consists of protein HMW and antigen, hapten or polysaccharide and allows to obtain the immune response to latter. Synthetic peptide consists of 6-150 amino acids and corresponds to the protective epitope of protein HMW3 or HMW4 in nontypical Haemophilus influenzae. The protective epitope is recognized by one of monoclonal antibody AD6 and 10C5. New high-molecular proteins of nontypical Haemophilus allow to obtain the immune response to antigen, hapten or polysaccharide being used as molecule-carriers.
