FIELD: biotechnology, medicine, oncology, veterinary science.
SUBSTANCE: invention describes polypeptides and nucleic acids (in the description - nucleotide sequences) encoding such polypeptides causing or enhancing the immune response to protein HER-2/neu and also their using for treatment of malignancy associated with oncogene HER-2/neu. Also, invention describes a fused polypeptide. For immunization polypeptide and fused polypeptide are used in combination with adjuvant. Invention proposes compositions for induction or enhancement of T-cellular response for protein HER-2/neu based on polypeptide or DNA, or viral vector operating polypeptide expression, and also compositions for immunization of warm-blooded animal against the malignant formation based on polypeptide or DNA, or viral vector operating polypeptide expression. Using the invention provides carrying out prophylaxis and therapy of cancer, in particular, breast cancer with the enhanced effectiveness.
