FIELD: polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacture of artificial leathers, which can be used for technical- and special-destination objects, in particular to manufacturing heat-resistant material. The latter is obtained by forming coating on fabric support by way of applying polymer composition including polyvinylchloride, plasticizer, antimony trioxide, and stabilizer. The support is viscose or blended viscose-polyester cloth having rupture strength at least 500 N for warp and at least 300 N for weft. To composition are further added epoxide oligomer and filler containing calcium carbonate, stearic acid, and m- diethylaminophenol/phthalic anhydride condensation product in presence of sulfuric acid. EFFECT: increased fire- retarding capacity and wear resistance of material suitable for use under extremely high-temperature conditions. 4 cl, 2 tbl, 3 ex
