FIELD: paper-and-pulp industry. SUBSTANCE: cellulose is prepared by cooking crushed vegetable raw material with hydrogen peroxide solution in presence of multicomponent catalyst, in particular mixture of tungstic acid or its salts, molybdenic acid or its salts, and sulfuric acid. EFFECT: increased efficiency and selectivity of oxidative delignification of vegetable material, increased yield of low-grade cellulose, and reduced consumption of hydrogen peroxide. 2 tbl, 2 ex
