FIELD: paper-and-pulp industry. SUBSTANCE: broken wood or other vegetable raw material is pulped at 70-95 C with hydrogen peroxide solution in presence of multicomponent mixed catalyst containing tungstic acid or its salts, molybdenic acid or its salts, and sulfuric acid at their molar ratio (0.2-0.4): (0.2-0.4): (0.2-0.4). After pulping, oxidized lignin is extracted from solid residue with alkali solution at 60-95 C. EFFECT: reduced consumption of hydrogen peroxide and concentration of catalyst in oxidative treatment stage and lowered temperature and pressure if alkali extraction stage. 3 tbl, 6 ex
