FIELD: paper.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pulp and paper industry and is intended for producing cellulose from plant-based raw materials for chemical processing, cellulose-based products, including powdered cellulose. The method for producing cellulose includes cooking crushed plant-based raw materials with a hydrogen peroxide solution at a temperature of 85°C in the presence of a multicomponent catalyst: water-soluble copper salt, water-soluble cobalt salt, and peroxy monosulphuric acid at a concentration of components in the solution of 0.02 to 0.04:0.02 to 0.04:0.03 to 0.06 mol/l, respectively. The plant-based raw materials are therein cooked for 2 to 3 hours, cobalt nitrate or cobalt sulphate is used as a cobalt salt, and copper sulphate is used as a copper salt.
EFFECT: invention allows for a 4 to 8% increase in the yield of cellulose, up to 2 hour reduction in the time of the technological process; in the process of producing cellulose, more affordable and cheaper metal-containing components of a multicomponent catalyst are used.
