FIELD: pulp and paper industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pulp-and-paper industry and can be used for production of cellulose and products based on it from non-wood vegetal raw materials. Method of producing cellulose involves delignification of milled vegetal raw material by boiling raw material at temperature of 85–90 °C in a solution of hydrogen peroxide in the presence of sulfuric acid and a catalyst, in form of molybdic acid salts, at the end of delignification extraction of residual oxidised lignin is performed, raw materials are represented by non-wood vegetal raw materials, and delignification of vegetal raw material is carried out with continuous thermomechanochemical activation of the delignification reaction mass by passing the reaction mass through the outer contour of the delignification capacity, equipped with an ultrasonic device or rotating anisotropic ferromagnetic bodies for 60–90 minutes, wherein the delignification solution contains hydrogen peroxide of 8 wt%, sulfuric acid 0.42 wt% and catalyst of sodium molybdate or ammonium molybdate 0.2 wt%, and extraction of residual oxidised lignin is carried out at temperature of 50 °C.
EFFECT: reduced time for production of cellulose from non-wood vegetal raw materials and reduced share of residual lignin in the end product.
