FIELD: construction industry, arrangement of road and airfield pavements of high reliability and resistance to high loads in process of exploitation. SUBSTANCE: process of casting concrete on road and airfield pavements with wear layer includes installation of forms and fittings, laying and smoothing out of coarse aggregate, injection of binding mortar. Coarse aggregate and fittings are laid in layers on prepared foundation. Fiber fittings are laid as reinforcement in zone by height equal to 0.4-0.6 thickness of structure. Then binding mortar is used to fill intergranular space of coarse aggregate to height less than thickness of layer of coarse aggregate by 0.3- 0.5 mean diameter of its grain. Thereupon wear layer is laid. Layer of dry mixture of high-strength mineral binder is laid on concrete mixture before start of setting of concrete mixture. Later surface of structure is finished. EFFECT: prolonged service life and reliability of pavement thanks to its raised resistance to operational and climatic effects.
