FIELD: hole drilling and operation; applicable in information transmission in hole protected, at least, partially with metal pipes. SUBSTANCE: installed in hole is information transmitter-receiver functioning with help of directed electromagnetic waves produced by radiation of electric signal by dipole electrically connected with metal pipes serving as guides for radiated wanes. Detected is attenuation of transmission in some layers of formation having low specific resistance, and metal pipes located in places of said layers with low specific resistance are insulated at least partially. For this purpose, system has some metal pipes found in occurrence of layers with low specific resistance which are provided with means of insulation from geological formations through which holes are drilled.
