SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of complex processing of hydrocarbon fuel gases, for example, methane and other natural gases to yield synthesized substances. Method involves processing of hydrocarbon gases in energy technological complex where processes of utilization of fuel gases for production of electric and heat energy accompanying with evolution of carbon dioxide are combined with processes of production of carbamide and deuterium. Hydrogen formed in energy technological complex is fed to deuterium extraction and carbon dioxide is fed to synthesis of carbamide being with exclusion of carbon dioxide exhaust to atmosphere. Invention allows to obtain technical result involving the development of energy technological complex where technological processes of production of energy, carbamide and deuterium are combined and exhaust of carbon dioxide to atmosphere is excluded.
