FIELD: calorimetry of pile radiation. SUBSTANCE: in correspondence with procedure radiation energy release is found by kinetic method fixing present value of temperature difference of sensitive element and shell of detector before, in process and after change of power of pile between two stationary levels by relation in which shares of heat transfer by heat conduction and radiation of gas gap between sensitive element and shell of detector is taken into account by selection of constant coefficient so that present values of energy release reach steady-state level and does not change monotonously but within limits of random variations of neutron power of pile. Calibration coefficient is established as ratio of energy release to temperature difference of sensitive element and one of shells. EFFECT: potential for calibration of calorimetric detector under operational conditions and under working temperatures in any range of values of radiation energy release. 1 cl, 4 dwg
