Rise and fall times used as time stamps in shaping clock frequency at receiving end and as speed error signs at sending and receiving ends are separated from signals arriving at device data input which are resented by double-space frequency-modulated, and phase-keyed channel codes. After that pulses are generated for varying standard frequency rating to eventually generate clock frequency at receiving end corresponding to speed of signals arriving at data input of device.
