FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: seeding unit has hopper and discharge window formed in hopper bottom and adapted for feeding seeds into shank. Cellular seeding disk with baffles and ejectors is mounted inside hopper above bottom. Groups of cells are arranged with equal annular pitch on peripheral part of rotating cellular seeding disk. Each cell is configured in conformance with size and shape of seeds to be sown. Cellular seeding disk is made replaceable in accordance with requirements of cucurbitaceous or other farm crop. Disk is fixed in hopper by means of annular stop. Seed ejector is formed from group of disks and is positioned above discharge window. Seed ejector is connected through spring-loaded carriers to baffle casing. Baffle is equipped with orienting fingers connected to casing through carriers of different size and adapted for orienting seeds in groups of cells.
