SUBSTANCE: method involves planting seedlings and watering with electrically activated aqueous solution-catholyte with pH= 10-11; additionally introducing anolyte into electrically activated solution, with catholyte and anolyte ratio being (75:25)-(80:20)%; watering seedlings by providing water cycles, each including one watering procedure with activated solution and two watering procedures with common water.
