FIELD: electrochemical treatment equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has tank with anode and cathode, electric wiring with current rectifier. Anode is located in flexible half-permeable diaphragm. In addition device has split regulation device and multiple stage voltage divider with current rectifiers and calibration voltage regulator at outputs, which are connected to anodes in separate tank. Number of outputs is equal to number of voltage terminals. Anode tank has holes and is covered by half-permeable diaphragm. It is located in larger tank with mushroom-shaped cathode, which is coaxial to anode. Pipes with valve members are embedded in both tanks.
